I certify that all of the above particulars are true and correct. I authorise Min Sarginson Real Estate Ltd. to contact my landlord and referees.
I understand that Min Sarginson Real Estate Ltd. are requesting personal information so they can use Tenancy Information New Zealand (TINZ) and associated database credit reporting systems to complete a credit check and release information about me for that purpose. TINZ will hold that information on their systems and use it to provide their credit reporting service to other TINZ customers. I understand that if I default in my payment to Min Sarginson Real Estate Ltd., information about that default may be given to TINZ and other tenant default databases.
Photo identification will be required.
If application successful please note: Routine Methamphetamine testing may be instigated at Min Sarginson Real Estate Ltd.. Property Management rental properties.
